Kira

Kira is absolutely adorable!  I pick her up and she snuggles in, purring like a little motor and rubbing her face on mine.  She loves to cuddle and sleep on her humans.  She hasn't met Harlequin yet, but will towards the end of the week. Napping seems to be a favorite activity

 

Harley

Harley has made himself very much at home. As a matter of
fact, he's decided that my bed is his.  He now has the run of the house, so he's got lots to explore.His favorite spots are in my bed, under my covers, or on my dresser on a kitty heating pad in front of the window

Pedro (a.k.a. Gus)

 Pedro now names Gus, is doing great, he loves it in his new home and we all love him and Leo so much. Leo showed Gus how to use the cat door to get down to the basement (where the kitty litter is kept) and he showed him all the cool cat toys.  They play and chase each other around, then when they are tired out, they curl up together in the same cat bed (even though we have two J)

Leo

Leo is happy and so fun!

Amigo

Amigo slept with us all night even under the covers! He’s  very active, exploring the whole house, and even seems ok with the noise from the washing machine and the new home construction that is going on next door to us. He’s enjoying looking out the windows. He’s going to own the place very soon, if he doesn’t already.

Nelson

 Nelson is doing great and is the King of the Castle! He settled in quite nicely and we all love him to pieces.

Hunter

Harley

Harley settle down and get used to the bedroom after a little while.

Afterwards he tried to climb under the bed but we put him on it instead. He headed to the top and found a nook for himself in the headboard. We let him get comfy there on top of a few stuffed animals and sleep for a few more hours while my daughter lay on the bed and played on her tablet. After a while he put his head on her pillow and stretched towards her. After a few more hours he wandered out and went exploring. He found his food and litter box and wandered around the room till he came back to the bed and stretched out next to her. 

 He is the most amazingly affectionate cat I have ever seen!!! He purrs if you just look at him!  He’s affectionate with all of us too, not just my daughter. He stretches out his paws to you when you pet him. And so calm!

Lex and Leia

Lexington and Leia are enjoying a snow day.

Leia is on the red blanket and Lex is sleeping with daddy!

Bruno

Little Bruno has adapted very quickly after the first 12hrs and now has run of the house. 

His new playmate and resident cat Jonathan (Dexter now who was adopted 12/17) took to each other right away playfully chasing each other morning, noon and night and are now inseparable.
